My name is Mattia Olivotti but I go simply by “Matt” on this side of the world. I’m a creative leader who was born and raised in Rome with a strong passion for crafting compelling brands and experiences that can connect with people on a visceral level. I believe great design has the unique ability to excite people and shape our culture. Beyond design, people are what I’m most passionate about. I’m an empathetic leader who loves to uplift, motivate, and empower teams to find their superpowers to deliver their best work.

I started my career in New York where I worked for a number of advertising, marketing, and branding agencies servicing large corporate clients. During those years, I wore many hats and acquired first-hand experience in a multitude of disciplines ranging from developing unique positioning and messaging strategies, designing corporate brand identities, large design systems, and guidelines to also structuring and executing creative strategies and integrated campaigns across a variety of channels.

I love collaborating with teams through every aspect of the creative process by setting a clear direction and vision for each initiative while at the same allowing the freedom and trust necessary for my team members to explore, experiment, grow, and push beyond their boundaries.

When I’m not at my desk, I love to be outside taking photographs of the places I’m traveling to, catching up with the latest releases from my favorite authors, going to the theatre to enjoy a play with my wife, and doing anything that keeps me constantly engaged and inspired creatively.
