Anthem’s Workers’ Compensation platform directly connects payors and providers of workers’ compensation healthcare services in an open platform featuring market-driven, point-in-time pricing.

The new UX/UI for both Desktop and Mobile devices, allows healthcare providers to quickly register their various business locations onto the Anthem platform along with the types of medical services they offer in order to compete and bid against one another to get new business. The UX/UI needed to be visually engaging, and easy to use, while also featuring a gamified component to make the registration process as fun and friendly as possible.

A new set of screens with simpler language and design was also created for Injured Workers to make the experience for that audience, who our researche showed is not always tech-savvy, even more approachable.
