As the timeline on Twitter was lighting up around the release of Black Panther Wakanda Forever, we partnered with Disney to film a series of exclusive interviews with the director and the cast of the movie.

Twitter’s Global Social & Editorial team commissioned this series of video interviews where we asked the movie cast to comment on some of the best tweets written about them, this new sequel in the Black Panther storyline, and how this franchise has become for so many a true synonym of empowerment, representation, inclusion, and diversity. We shot these with our in-house team in one day with two fixed cameras and a simple seamless background in our Twitter blue.

Although we were not able to put the finishing touches due to the Musk’s acquistiton of the company, the videos were released by Disney on their Twitter handle anyway and garnered hundreds of thousands of views shortly after being published.
